Kim Brandstrup
Choreographer
Olivier-award winning choreographer Kim Brandstrup studied at London School of Contemporary Dance, and set up his own dance company, Arc Dance, in 1985. He has choreographed for ballet, opera, theatre and film.
Kim has worked with the Royal Ballet, Rambert Dance Company, the English National Ballet and the Metropolitan Opera in New York. Most recently he has choreographed Invitus Invitam (2010) for the Royal Ballet, Death in Venice (2011) for La Scala in Milan, and The Marriage of Figaro for English National Opera (2011). He also created the choreography for Phyllida Lloyd's 2011 film biopic, The Iron Lady.
